Tia Heights Makadi Bay Hurghada, Hurghada

The hotel is conveniently located, just a short walk from the main building where we spent 10 days on holiday. The room had some faults like exposed wires, a broken handrail, and water leaking during showers, but overall looked good and clean.

Although my reservation was supposed to be all-inclusive, I was disappointed that there were no complimentary drinks like tea, coffee or Pepsi in the room. The room itself was adequate for a good night's sleep, but it lacked certain amenities. The snorkeling boat rides were a nice touch, though.

The hotel is located right opposite the aqua park, only a 5-minute walk from the main building. The room, although recently refurbished, had some issues with water pooling in the shower. The bed was uncomfortable, making it hard to sleep, especially after paying extra for it.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location was vast, undergoing renovations that seemed promising, but some areas lacked hygiene standards. The beachfront setting was beautiful, with fantastic snorkeling opportunities. The dining experience was average, with limited options that suited some but not others. Overall, a stay with positives and negatives to consider.
